He studied at the Department of Painting at Academy of Fine Arts (ASP) in Warsaw. In 2005 the artist got the degree with rector’s honours in the sudio run by prof. M. Sapetto and he did additional specialization in the Studio of Wall Painting Techniques and Technologies under the auspices of E. Tarkowski, assistant professor. In years 2004-2007 Karapuda was an acting assistant in the studio of painting run by prof. M. Sapetto at ASP. Since 2008 the artist has been working in that studio as a regular assistant. He is a co-founder of off-theatre “Mamada pleżer”. He does canvas painting, wall painting and constructs objects-visual structures. Awards, scholarships and distinctions: for his degree work he received J. Szajna award, Ms Ewa Tomaszewska (senator of the Republic of Poland in European Parliament) award, Prize funded by BPH Bank, and the Award by Paweł and Agnieszka Gieryński as well as rector’s distinction. The artist received the main award in “The International Painting Workshop – Pieńków 2008”, and the award by Academy of Fine Arts Rector in Warsaw in 2005.

- 2006 – “Between – painting, drawing, objects”, Art Salon (Salon Sztuki) 49, Warsaw.
Participation in dozens of collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
